Grace Kids

---- new kids site -- coming soon ----

Welcome

Thank you for visiting us on the web and we'd love to have you come visit us at Grace Church in Tulsa. Our church sits right off of the expressway going to Broken Arrow at 96th and Garnett. We have one of the best children's facilities in the world. Our children's building is 56,000 square feet of fun and wisdom just waiting to be explored. Your children will receive the best teaching in the nation under the anointing of some of the most gifted children's ministers around.

We want to bless you with a free soda or ice cream cone from Bob and Loretta's Soda Shop just for telling us you read this on the web!

We are a Word of God ministry that believes in "Teaching that builds faith, gives hope and prepares you for life." We pray earnestly for you and that the peace that passes all understanding will keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Team Ministers

All Grace Kids Team Ministers are required to be member’s of Grace Church and to have attended Grace Church for at least six months before volunteering in the Children’s Ministry.

All Grace Kids' Team Ministers have completed a thorough application, have passed a comprehensive background check, and have completed a personal interview with the Children’s Ministry Director before Team Ministers begins.

Before Team Ministers can begin, signatures are required on Acknowledgement Statements documenting compliance with the policies and procedures found in the Grace Kids Team Ministers Manual.

Team Ministers will adhere to a “two adult” policy at all times. At no time is a Team Ministers allowed to be alone with a child, whether in a classroom, in the restroom, or anywhere else on the Grace Church campus.

Security Procedures

Check In - Children ages Birth-1st Grade will be issued a permanent nametag when they begin to attend Grace Church on a regular basis. When checking in their child, the parent will be given two nametags, one for themselves and the other for their child. A temporary name tag is issued for visiting children when checked into their classroom. Visiting parents will be given a corresponding nametag with a matching number.

Check Out-Only - The parent with the matching tag will be allowed to claim their child. In the event of a lost tag, Security Services will be called to help in the identification of the parent.

Paging - If your child needs you during the church service, the security number, which is printed on the tag, will be flashed on the screen in the main auditorium. If you have a child that is in the Birth-6 month or the 7-12 month old Nursery, you will also be given a pager.
